Although listings are displayed on our website, these do not by no means reflect the number of properties for sale in the Caribbean that we can offer. With viewings to take place when you visit the Caribbean, it is best that you contact us with details of your specific requirements once you know when you intend to travel. We will then provide you with suitable listings to match nearer the time, as in this way you won’t be disappointed that a property you saw and liked six months before is no longer available for sale.
Building property in the Caribbean
This option for owning property in the Caribbean allows you to secure a property of a style and design to suit you. It is often also more cost effective than buying a new or re-sale property. You can choose from a small, medium or large size vehicle, with four-wheel drive vehicles also available to rent.

Foreign currency transfers at the best rates of exchange is very important when dealing with the sums of money involved for buying or building property in the Caribbean.
